Riccardo CANTORO received the M.Sc. degree and the Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2013 and 2017, respectively. He is currently with the Department of Computer Engineering of the same university, where he serves as Associate Professor from 2025. His research interests include testing and reliability of electronic circuits, focusing on defect modeling, functional testing of microprocessors and complex SoCs, functional safety, and AI reliability.
