Saghir Shaikh has over 28 years of experience in implementing DFx solutions for communication chips, working with prominent companies such as Intel, Broadcom, Cadence Design Systems, Sun Microsystems, and Level One Communications. Saghir is a Senior member of the IEEE and a Member of the Test Technology Standards Committee and chairs the Working Group on IEEE Std 1149.6.  He has authored more than two dozen papers and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
