Nikita Naresh, is a Senior DFT Engineer at Google, Inc.India. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from R V College of Engineering. Prior to Google, she was associated with Texas Instruments. During her tenure of 13 years in DFT she has worked on various aspects of DFT like memory test, logic test, ATPG, functional and test safety and security. She has 8 IEEE publications and holds 7 patent grants from USPTO.
