Olena Bezvesilna - a famous scientist in the field of instrumentation, automation and mechanics. Received important results on fundamental and applied issues of mechanics of navigation devices of moving objects, dynamics of aviation electromechanical systems, various directions of construction of information-measuring systems, which found their application in the development of new devices and systems in instrumentation and mechanics. Has formed a new scientific direction in the field of instrument making, automation and mechanics: development of the theory and principles of construction of the difficult automated diagnostic information system for measurements on a mobile basis with use of new sensitive elements. The main practical and scientific significance of the results of scientific activity is that the accuracy and speed of measurements of controlled diagnostic information systems increases more than ten of times, which is essential for the correction of inertial navigation systems of moving objects and to increase the efficiency of geological and geophysical research.  She has published 1141 scientific publications, 44 monographs, 16 textbooks, 37 patents, prepared 9 doctors and 14 candidates of science.
