Nataliia Bilan, born in 1983, graduated from Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University in 2005, qualification “Language and Literature (German)”.

Research interests include: foreign language training of students in technical higher educational establishments on the basis of competence approach, formation of foreign language competence of future electric power engineers by means of project technology, learning German in the context of traditional and innovative studying methods.
