1. From 1989 to 1993 - Junior Research Fellow of the didactics department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

2. From 1994 to 1995 - Research Fellow of the didactics department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

3. From 1996 to 2005 - Senior Research Fellow of the didactics department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

4. From 2006 to 2010 - Head of the didactics department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

5. From 2011 to 2013 - doctoral student.

6. From 2014 to present  - Leading researcher of the didactics department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
