Eugenia Smyrnova-Trybulska is Doctor in Pedagogy, a Professor of Department of Computer Science and Mathematics in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University; Professor at the University of Silesia (Poland), Faculty of Arts and Sciences of Education in Cieszyn, Coordinator of the Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Distance Learning Conference (www.dlcc.us.edu.pl). She is the author of more than 240 scientific papers and monograph in area E-learning methodology, ICT in Education, Multimedia, Teacher training in area ICT and e-learning. She is a researcher and coordinator for numerous international research and educational projects, e.g. (www.irnet.us.edu.pl), Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Research in E-learning (IJREL) journal, publishing series of E-learning indexing in WoS.
