Tetiana Voloshyna, received a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree (Dr.phil.) in 2018 from the Institute of Informational Technologies and Tools in Education NAPS of Ukraine. Since 2011, she has been working in the field of design and use of a hybrid cloud-based learning environment for forming the self-education competence, implementation of teamwork approaches of future IT specialists.
