     Higher education – Zhytomyr Higher School of Radio Electronics, specializing in radio engineering (1982).

     Doctor of Technical Sciences (2009), Professor (2011). Expert in the sphere of Information Technology.

     Scientific interests: A mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics for the system of the body-distributed elements in space.

     Scientific and pedagogical experience – 43 years. I covered the part from the lecturer to the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies. The list of scientific and educational works consists of 247 titles.

     Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (2016). Valid member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine (2011).

     He is currently a Professor at the Department of Computer Information Technologies of the S. P. Korolyov Zhytomyr Military Institute.
