Romanenko Roman, PhD of technical Sciences, associate Professor Department of  Engineering and Technical Disciplines, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv, Ukraine.

In 2003, graduated in KNTEU and was qualified as "master" specialty "Technology of public catering, catering business and service". In 2009 he defended his candidate thesis on the theme of "Technology of dough and cookies using selenosnyh oils". Since 2005 he works at the Department of engineering and technical disciplines.

Expert of TV programs "Quality Mark"; "Public reception", "Quality life" and "Morning in the metropolis". Experience of pedagogical work in educational institutions is 18 years.
