Graduated from the Kiev state University of trade and Economics in 1997, specialty "Technology of public catering". In 1998 graduated from the magistracy. In 2004, she defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of technical Sciences on the theme "Technology sweet dishes with okara". Since September 2007 he has served as associate Professor of engineering and technical disciplines.

    Is co-author of three textbooks, two workshops, two patents, 45 scientific and educational publications.
