Professor Arnold Kiv, 

Doctor of Physics and Mathematic Sciences, Head of the department of innovation technologies of Ushinsky University(Ukraine) and proffesor - researcher of Ben-Gurion university of the Negev (Israel). He has about 400 publications in the field of  micro and nano electronics and space material science.
