Minoru Iida received his B.S. degree from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan, in 1996. Since 1996, he has been working at Advantest Corporation, where he has developed high-frequency circuits and modules for RF test instruments and automated test equipment (ATE). His current research interests include millimeter-wave communication and optical transmission technologies.
