Kelly Ockunzzi is a Senior Staff Manager at Marvell, managing a team of DFT engineers working on complex, custom chip designs.  Prior to this role, she was a DFT engineer at GlobalFoundries and IBM, developing DFT methododologies for advanced circuit designs.  She has 25 years of industry experience in DFT.  She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
