Ashley Chien-Hui Huang is currently Simulation Team Leader at Advantest Taiwan Inc. She founded and built the simulation team from the ground up to support advanced modeling and verification for semiconductor test solutions. Her career includes roles as a simulation engineer, RF R&D engineer, DIB designer, and project manager.Ashley specializes in SI/PI, simulation methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. She was a core member of the team that won 1st and 2nd Prizes at the IEEE International Microwave Symposium Student Design Competition in 2009 and 2010.
