Zhijun Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, and serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her current research interests include heterogeneous SoC reliability, chip functional safety design, and Chiplet interconnection architecture research.
