Dhruv Thapar received the B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree from IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur, India, in 2020. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, USA. He was an intern with Intel Corporation, Hillsboro, OR, USA and is currently an intern with TSMC, San Jose, CA, USA. His current research interests include design-for-testability, fault tolerance, and resilience of emerging technologies like ferroelectric-FETs, AI hardware, and 2.5D/3D systems based on advanced packaging.
