Divyank Mittal is a Principal Software Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, India . He is part of the MODUS Test Solutions team and has a work experience of 12 years. His main contributions are in the development of software EDA solutions for DFT chips having a standardized Access and Control mechanism for Embedded Instruments . He holds multiple US patents for inventing innovative methodologies to solve complex problems and challenges encountered by a pattern retargeting EDA tool while operating the access network to control and observe Embedded IPs. He had also written and presented a ITC India in the year 2024 on “Optimize Test Pattern Count via Efficient Operation of IEEE 1687 SIBs” which was later on published for IEEE publications.
