Hao-Yu Yang received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Undergraduate Honors Program at National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Electronics, National Chiao Tung University, in 2014. He is currently with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Taiwan. His research interests include design-for-test methodologies and scan diagnosis in VLSI testing.
