Vijay Kakollu received Masters degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras, India. He is a Senior Product Development Engineer with Manufacturing and Product Engineering with Intel Corporation, Austin, USA. He is a technical expert in DFT scan with wide experience in High Volume Manufacturing tests from pre2post silicon execution. His areas of interests are delay tests, test power modeling, fault-grading, simulations, DFT, HVM testing and diagnosis.
