Hiroyuki Iwata is a Technical Manager at TSMC, where he is engaged in logic DFT technology development. With approximately 20 years of experience in this field, his expertise spans various aspects of DFT for advanced semiconductor technologies. His research interests include VLSI CAD and DFT. He received his Ph.D. from Nara Institute of Science and Technology in Japan in 2007.
