Min-Kyu Kim received his B.S. degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Seoul, South Korea, in 2016, and his Ph.D. in the same field from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), South Korea, in 2022. Since joining the Memory Division at Samsung Electronics in Hwaseong, South Korea, in 2022, he has been researching DRAM testing methodologies. His research focuses on device and array characterization, optimization of DRAM memory operations, and emerging memory technologies.
