Sergei Devadze received the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from TU Tallinn, Estonia in 2009, and currently holds the position of R&D engineer in Estonian company Testonica Lab. His main research interests embrace such topics as usage of chip-embedded instrumentation and IJTAG for board and system test, fault tolerance and fault management architectures.
