Anna Kochmańska works at the Department of Applied Social Sciences at the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology. She is Deputy Head of the Cathedral.She has numerous publications connected with ethical aspects of management and  management of human resources. Scientific interests: organizational culture, CSR, human resources management, diversity management, innovation management.
