PhD. Oleksandr Kuchma, Senior Fellow, Assistant of Professor of the General Sciences and Vocational Training Department of Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine

Oleksandr Kuchma, born in 1955, received a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree (PhD) from the Research Institute for Miners' Labor Safety, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, in 1984 by specialty «Safety and fire-fighting equipment».  Since 1993 he is working in the Kryvyi Rih State Pedadogical University. His research interests include didactic and methodology issues of teaching of general technical disciplines. He has published a number of papers in international journals and volumes in book series.
