Larysa Sergeieva, Doctor of Sciences, professor, chairperson of professional and higher education in Central Institute of Graduate Studies SIHE "University of Education Management", Kyiv, Ukraine.

Larysa Sergeieva was born in 1958, she gained the PhD in Pedagogy in 2002 (Central Institute of Graduate Pedagogic Studies) and in 2013 she gained the degree as Doctor of Sciences (SIHE "University of Education Management"). She is a professor of education management theory and methodology. Research interests: praxiological principles of development management of educational institutions.She is an author more than  220 scientific papers in national and foreign publications, monographs, manuals, guidelines.She is a member of an editorial board of «Creative Education» (USA), the book of proceedings "Bulletin of Postgraduate Education", "Science Rise", "Vocational Education", "Methodical Bulletin" (chairman), "Professional Education", "Methodical Bulletin of Vocational Education in Chernivtsi Region ».WWW: http://umo.edu.ua/institutes/cippo/struktura/kafedra-upop/sklad
