Fedorinova Natalia Yevgeniyivna has been the school headmaster since 2002. She is a capable administrator and organizer. Natalia is able to correctly identify priority areas for the development of the school. The headmaster is a real generator of ideas.  A number of school events were initiated, innovative forms of organizing the educational process were modeled at her initiative. Leader-reformer by nature, she is able to influence people by logic of actions and charismatic character. Moreover, she is able to show an example of personal behavior and work, to involve in co-management, to organize relations on the principle of "respect – rely on", to pursue school’s long-term goals.

               She has been successfully managing the activities of the City School of Young Directors for three years, as well as a coach on conducting institutional audits of secondary education institutions.

               Natalia is the head of a democratic school, adheres to pedagogical ethics, respects the dignity of each participant in the educational process.
