Dr. Iryna Makarenko, associate professor of Department of Pedagogy, Kryvyi Rih State Pedadogical University, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine

Iryna Makarenko, received a Magister of Teaching of Physics  from Kryvyi Rih State Pedadogical University, Ukraine, in 2008, and a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree (Dr. phil.) from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Ukraine, in 2012. Since 2013, she has been working in the field of monitoring, management and marketing in education at the Kryvyi Rih State Pedadogical University. Her research interests include the study of the problem of professional and personal development of educators, the implementation of modern education managers basic principles of scientific management, research in the field of solid state physics, cryptography, educational policy etc. She has published over 45 scientific papers, including articles in international journals.
