The main scientific interest is the structure of the lithosphere for prospecting for mineral deposits and investigates the environmental consequences of their extraction. The issues of seismology and seismic hazard of the territory of Ukraine are being studied.

1984 - graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University, specialty "Geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits."

1984 - 2009 - Dnepropetrovsk Geophysical Expedition - full time positions from Geophysics Engineer to Chief Geophysicist of the Party.

2004 – PhD - the Candidate of Geological Sciences (geophysics - 04.00.22).

2009 - Academic title of senior researcher (geophysics - 04.00.22).

2009 - 2012 - doctoral student at the Taras Shevchenko National University,

2012 – Doctor of science, specialty geophysics - 04.00.22 (geological sciences).

2015 - Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology.

Author and co-author of 13 monographs and 1 textbook, 1 patent of Ukraine and more than 350 scientific papers.
