Olena Shestopalova currently works as Assosiate professor at the Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.

Shestopalova does research in family therapy, educational orientation, inclusive education. Their most recent publication is 'The structure of cognitive abilities and motivation and the possibility of their diagnosis in educational orientation', " Theory and Practice of Inclusive Education"

Olena Shestopalova was project manager and expert of international and national projects: "Support inclusive education in Kriviy Rih" (GIZ 2018-19), The Educational reform (ISPU 2016-18), sustainable development (MES of Ukraine 2004-2018).
