Dr. Svitlana Kovpik, Professor of the Department of the Ukrainian and World Literatures, Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.

Svitlana Kovpik, born in 1977, received a Doctor of Philological Sciences degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, in 2011. Since 2001, she has been working in the field of  philology and literature at  Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University. Her research interests include literature studis, poetics and methods of teaching literature. She has published a number of papers in international journals, is the chief editor of the scientific journal "Literatures of the World: Poetics, Mentality and Spirituality" of Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
