Galina Shmyger – graduated from Ternopil State Pedagogical University (1986), postgraduate study at the Palladin Institute of Biochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU) (1989). He works at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University as Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Sciences and Teaching Techniques.
