ICCFD13: 13TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS
Bovisa Campus of Politecnico di Milano

The ICCFD13 conference will be hosted at the Bovisa Campus of Politecnico di Milano. Established in the 1990s on the site of a former industrial district that once played a key role in Milan’s manufacturing heritage, today the campus symbolizes the city’s evolution toward innovation and research excellence. It is home to the School of Industrial and Information Engineering and the School of Design.

Plenary lectures will take place in the recently renovated Aula De Carli, a 492-seat auditorium equipped for large-scale academic events. Parallel sessions will be held in nearby lecture rooms located in an adjacent building.

The Bovisa Campus is easily accessible via the Bovisa-Politecnico railway station, which is just a short walk from the conference facilities. This station offers:

  • Frequent regional and suburban trains to Milano Cadorna, Milano Porta Garibaldi, and Milano Centrale, with travel times to the city center ranging from 7 to 15 minutes.
  • Direct connections to Milano Malpensa Airport in approximately 35 minutes via the Malpensa Express.
  • Additional transport options, including tram and bus lines, and easy links to the Milan metro network from nearby stations.
