Student and Regular fees include:
- Access to all technical sessions, minisymposia, and keynote lectures
- Conference program booklet and some gadgets
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
- Social dinner (on Thursday, July 9), with a guided tour at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci
Travel grant for students
A limited number of travel grants is available for students. Eligibility follows the criteria of the Young CFD Award, with the additional requirement that applicants must be MSc or PhD students who have not yet defended their thesis at the time of the conference. Reimbursement will be made a posteriori and may cover only part of the total travel costs.
Hotel suggestion
A selection of recommended hotels at negotiated rates is available through the registration system and can be booked directly through the platform.
Note: the hotel booking through the registration system is guaranteed only for a limited number of rooms.
Visa and Invitation Letters
