ICCFD13: 13TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS
Information for authors

Call for abstracts and mini-symposia

At ICCFD13, you can present your work in one of the following formats:

  • Regular contributed talk (open to everyone, no invitation needed).
  • Invited talk within a mini-symposium (by invitation from the organizers).
  • Poster presentation during the poster session.

If you haven’t been invited to a mini-symposium, we warmly encourage you to submit a regular contributed talk or a poster presentation.

To foster broad participation and active research exchange, ICCFD encourages contributions from many research teams. Please note that submitting three or more talks from the same group may affect acceptance. This limitation does not apply to poster presentations.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • Prepare your abstract following one of these templates:
  • To promote diversity, a maximum of two contributions from the same research group will be recommended.
  • Once your abstract is ready, visit: https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=iccfd13
  • Log in or register on EasyChair (please note that this is not the conference registration, which will open in Spring 2026).
  • Follow the instructions, in particular:
    • Submit both the plain-text and PDF versions of your abstract.
    • Select 3 to 5 keywords.
    • If you were invited to a mini-symposium, make sure to select the correct one from the Topics list. The list will be updated as mini-symposium proposals are accepted.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

Submission of a conference paper is optional and may take place after abstract acceptance.

  • Accepted conference papers will be published on the conference website without further revision. Conference papers are not indexed.
  • The conference paper length must be between 8 and 25 pages
  • The deadline for camera-ready paper submission is June 08, 2026.
  • The paper template will be made available after notification of abstract acceptance.

After the conference, contributions accompanied by a submitted conference paper may be considered for invitation to a Special Issue of Computers & Fluids.

  • For this journal submission, substantial advancements beyond the conference paper are expected.
  • Manuscripts invited to the Special Issue will undergo the standard peer-review process managed by the journal’s editorial board.
  • The timeline for the Special Issue will be communicated at a later stage.

Guidelines for Mini-Symposium Submission
