Information for presenters
Technical program
The ICCFD13 program has been finalized. No further modifications to presentation titles, authorship, or session assignments can be accommodated.
Minor adjustments to presentation times may still be possible, provided they do not affect the overall session structure. Exchanges of presentation slots between speakers within the same session may also be considered.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- The available surface on each poster panel is 95 cm (width) × 150 cm (height). A vertical A0 format is therefore recommended.
- No poster template will be provided.
- Authors are responsible for printing, transporting, and mounting their posters. Poster panels will be available from the late morning of Monday, 6 July, and all posters should be mounted no later than the end of the lunch break on Tuesday, 7 July.
- Each poster will be assigned a panel number. Authors should display their poster only on the panel corresponding to the assigned number. Panel numbers will be communicated to presenters by email no later than Friday, 3 July.
- To facilitate the organization of the poster session, changes to the assigned panel numbers will not be permitted.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
- For regular sessions, each presentation slot is 25 minutes. We recommend limiting the presentation to 20 minutes, leaving approximately 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- For Minisymposia, presentation slots are shorter (20 minutes). We therefore recommend a presentation length of 15–16 minutes, allowing sufficient time for discussion. Please note that Minisymposium organizers will introduce the topic and the individual contributions during a dedicated opening session.
- No presentation template is provided. Presenters may use their preferred format and style.
- To ensure a smooth transition between talks and avoid delays, presentations must be uploaded in advance in PowerPoint or PDF format. The Local Organizing Committee will transfer the files to the computers available in the conference rooms.
- Presenters are requested to verify that their presentation displays correctly in the assigned room before the start of the session.
- Detailed instructions and the link for uploading presentations will be provided at a later date.
