The researcher followed both the descriptive analytical approach and the qualitative approach, and the study sample consisted of (257) male and female teachers of English in the government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, representing approximately (35%) of the study population. The participating teachers were chosen by the stratified random method according to the variable of gender. The questionnaire and interview were the data collection tools. Among the most important findings of the study are the following:
