PRESENTATION AND POSTER FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS
Spoken Presentations
Spoken presentations will have a length of 15 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. Questions may come from individuals present in Oslo, or attending remotely.
To facilitate remote access, all materials should be presented via the host computer. In order to make this run smoothly, all presenters will be asked to upload digital copies of their materials via a Google Drive folder prior to presentation. Presenters will receive a link via email to do so, or can send their slides/materials to std2023@easychair.org.
Zoom links will be provided to remote attendees to view all spoken sessions.

Please try to upload your presentations by June 21st, so that conference attendees may view and comment on your presentations prior to the conference beginning June 28th.
