Dr Kolodyazhna graduated from the Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov (with the qualification of a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature) and Kyiv City Pedagogical University named after B.D. Grinchenko (practical psychologist). At Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, she has been working since 2002. In 2012, she defended her PhD thesis at the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in the speciality 19.00.01 - General Psychology, History of Psychology. She is the author of a number of scientific and methodological works. She teaches the disciplines "Psychology", "Theoretical and legal foundations of education", "Imageology and fundamentals of engineering and pedagogical creativity", "Psychological technologies of image-making" and "Ukrainian as a foreign language".
