David Reyes received the B.Sc. degree in electronic engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), Bucaramanga, Colombia, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), São Paulo-SP, Brazil.
