Dan is a Principal Engineer and a Senior Manager of DFT at Amazon Web Services with more than 20 years of experience in the field. He is in charge of the DFT architecture, methodology, design, building DFT teams and leading execution in AWS custom silicon projects. Prior to that Dan worked at Freescale Semiconductor as a Design and DFT engineer. Dan holds multiple patents in the area of DFT and a number of publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is a graduate from Physics and Electrical Engineering departments (summa cum laude) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
