Raficka Hellal-Guendouzi is a full-time lecturer in International & Intercultural Marketing at EM Strasbourg Business School - University of Strasbourg (France). Her research areas are focused on intercultural studies, consumption behaviors of expatriates, consumer acculturation process and food consumption behaviors. Her current research projects are focused on food acculturation process of American, British and German expatriates settled in France.
