Ryan E. Cruz is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the School of Business at Thomas Jefferson University. Ryan obtained his PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from New Mexico State University. Ryan leads courses in Integrated Marketing Communications, Strategic Marketing, and Digital Marketing. His research examines how the intersection of technology and information affect consumer behavior and brand relationships in digital environments. Ryan has co-authored work in several outlets, including the Journal of Interactive Marketing. Outside of academia, Ryan fills his time reading non-fiction, backpacking, and playing tennis with his local league.
