Dr Judy Zolkiewski is Professor in Marketing at Alliance Manchester Business School.  Before becoming an academic she worked for 15 years in the industrial controls industry.  Her research interests are focussed on understanding business markets, relationships and networks both in the traditional manufacturing and engineering industries and in the evolving business-to-business services sector with specific focus on relationship and network dynamics, servitization, strategy and technology.
