Electronic Governance in Matanzas. Computer System for Planning and Control of Accountability Assemblies of the Delegate of Circumscription

Abstract

The general objective of the work was to develop and implement a computer system that greatly automates the management carried out by the government in the process of accountability of the delegate to its electors, enabling government structures at the provincial level and municipal, administrative entities and delegates address the situation of the approaches, solutions, answers, doubts and clarifications of each of these agencies, so that they are better able to carry out the assemblies.

The tool is oriented to different user profiles, from which the tool will be exploited to the system administrator and the different information supervisors. The environment is prepared for users to collaborate according to the process established for this management and the activities in which they are involved.

The computer system allows to speed up the entire procedure that is performed by the delegates in the planning of the assemblies and then is authorized by the corresponding Municipal Assemblies of the Popular Power and the sending of the statistical parts from the municipalities to the province and from this to the National Assembly of Popular Power.
