Abstract

Blended supervision is one of the modern approaches based on making the most of information technology applications in designing new educational situations that mix between classroom teaching and online teaching and activating the use of active supervision strategies, one-to-one learning, and learner-centered learning strategies, due to its combination of The advantages of e-learning in its various forms and the advantages of face-to-face learning in classrooms under the supervision and guidance of the teacher.

The study aimed to identify the reality of blended supervision in public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, where blended educational supervision is important in linking traditional supervision and electronic supervision, so that both work to achieve goals that the other could not achieve, and the study represents a response to modern global trends. In the field of educational supervision and its types.

In addition, the integrated supervision is a major factor in the success of the educational process and the achievement of its desired goals, and this study derives its importance from the fact that the educational field is in dire need of educational supervision, which is based on diagnosing the educational reality, identifying educational obstacles and problems, and working to find effective solutions to them.
