Abstract

The study titled “Research on factors affecting the selection of retail goods exported by sea by import-export enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City” aims to assess the factors influencing businesses choice of retail services. The research methodology involves surveying and collecting data from customers who use retail services, followed by statistical analysis of the collected data. The study results aim to provide insights into the key factors influencing retail service selection, thereby assisting businesses in better understanding customer needs and preferences. Consequently, the study aims to propose specific solutions to enhance service quality and effectively attract customers to utilize these services
