Using eye-tracking technology, this research investigated if visitors viewing an e-commerce site would show an "inward bias" and follow the eye gaze of models on the page. Findings suggest that consumers show an inward bias while browsing e-commerce web pages. Evidence was also found to suggest operation of eye-gaze following. What Are You Looking at?
