This session introduces the work of the TTSC, a group of volunteers sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society that oversees the development and maintenance of standards that advance testability and interoperability. As of the current date, TTSC directs 19 published standards, 12 active projects with standards nearing publication, and seven upcoming standards. Also included the recent progress of the Standard Test Interface Language IEEE 1450 Std and its multiple extensions. This review highlights the syntax enhancements to the recent refresh of the 1450 & 1450.1 (Design) standards and provides a brief status for other extensions, ensuring you are fully informed and up to date.
