NINA RIZUN is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics in Management at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland). Visiting lector of Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Department of Economics. She is a reviewer in international journals, Member of the Editorial Board of JeDEM - eJournal of eDemocracy and Open Government http://www.jedem.org. Her main research interests are the application of big data and text analytics methods for service quality evaluation, decision-making logic discovery, and business sentiment analysis. Most recent publications are focused on structural and temporal topic models of on service quality feedbacks, assessing business process complexity based on textual data, and mapping determinants of unintended negative consequences of disruptive technologies use in smart cities.
